Arrived ahead of time. Died on me once after pulling out headphone jack. Sansa customer support helped out. It really isn't silver colored. More like gun metal or gray. Unresponsive click wheel. Only two choices for volume, Normal and Loud, and seems to have no difference. Directory structure of folders not to my liking. Still observing playback time if really 24 hours. Very long charging time from Laptop. Average purchase. Price went down few days after it was delivered to me.
